"Smile Mastery is Life Mastery"

“The seed for greatness and blissful happiness lies in the ordinary occasions of life and usually in absolute obscurity…..In the depths of our misery, discontent, unease, our very human condition, lies that genius which when discovered, cultivated, and nurtured with absolute faith, will unfold the magnificent, exquisite Divine Power, the highest manifestation and essence of who we are as human beings. Embrace our circumstances we must, no matter what… we must resolve to uncover the elusive and dormant seed of knowledge, wisdom, grace, light …..Our Divine Birthright and True Greatness and nourish it relentlessly till fruition” ~ Esi A. What if you don’t have a self-worth problem at all? What if you’re simply living by rules you never consciously agreed to?

Rules about how much you’re allowed to receive. How successful you’re allowed to become. How much rest you’ve earned. How visible you should be. How much you should give—and how little you should need.

In this episode of The Smile Code, we explore the hidden beliefs behind impostor syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-giving, and the discomfort many of us feel when something good comes our way.

Maybe the question isn’t, “Am I worthy?”

Maybe it’s, “What have I unconsciously decided I must do—or must not do—to remain a good and worthy human being?”

Join me for this episode and come prepared to question a few rules you may not even realize you’re living by. You may discover that what has been holding you back isn’t a lack of worthiness at all—but a lack of permission to fully receive, succeed, rest, be seen, and take your place.

Know yourself. Be yourself. Love your neighbor. And remember—you are somebody’s neighbor too.
